Our founder Amy combines an eye for design with a deep understanding of what buyers want. From full-scale staging to partial refreshes, we craft environments that tell a story — and make properties sell faster and for more.

What is the process for property styling with Stagy?

It starts with a free consultation where we assess your property and discuss your goals. We then create a tailored staging plan, deliver and install all furniture and accessories, and manage the full process until removal after sale.

Costs vary depending on property size, number of rooms, and hire duration. We offer competitive packages starting from $2,500 for partial staging. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
Our furniture is available exclusively for staging hire. However, if you fall in love with a particular piece, talk to us — we may be able to arrange a purchase depending on availability.
Absolutely! During the consultation process, we’re happy to discuss your preferences. While we can’t always guarantee specific items, we do our best to incorporate your style preferences into the staging plan.
Most properties can be fully staged within 1-2 business days. We coordinate with your real estate agent to ensure everything is ready before the first open home or photo shoot.
We carry comprehensive insurance for our furniture and accessories during the staging period. We recommend discussing additional cover with your insurance provider if needed.
